Established in 1991, Stonewall originally worked as a Consultancy in insurance risk management.

In the early years working with Liability Loss control insurers gave the opportunity for us to advise customers on enhancing their Health and Safety requirements and reducing their Liability insurance premiums. With experience and qualifications came success with a small portfolio of client that has now grown substantially to where we are today, a well- known, respected and recognised provider of Health and Safety services in the south of England mainly in London and South East.

Gradually expanding our knowledge experience and understanding has enabled us to cover most Health and Safety matters, we have a number of Consultants all specialist in their own preferred areas, however we do tend to specialise in the following areas:-

  • Auditing – Ensuring that you have a method to measure performance, check standards and ensure there are no errors or omissions. In the event of an accident or claim, enforcing bodies may well require evidence that you have independent means by which you can prove your Health and Safety system is adequate and working appropriately. Also useful for your insurers risk requirements
  • Fire Safety – Every premises and every employer is different. Completing Fire risk assessments and audits provides customers with the wherewithal to deal with fire safety in their workplaces. Customers are provided with the necessary reports with legal requirements to fulfil legislation but also supplied with best advice as well
  • Asbestos Management – The changing legislation has meant many old reports are ineffective and the on-going management of asbestos within a workplace is not taken seriously. We provide both surveying, management planning and some minor removal works
  • Site visits – A lot of employers ignore site visits, sometimes where the real hazards and risks to their employees exist. A regular scheduled and unscheduled visiting regime often ensures that employees are kept on their toes and ensure safety is enhanced
  • Training Proving competence of employees to perform their tasks, normally involves an element of training, in addition to instruction information and supervision.
